| Consulting Fees: |
- In home (client visiting at home) $40/hr or the first two hours included with a contract.
- External (visiting clients at place of business) $50/hr or the first two hours included with a contract.

| Rates: |
- A basic and fully functional Website with a maximum of 5 pages and up to a maximum of 10 photographs and/or images = $750 - $1000 depending on the quantity of materials posted.
- A basic and fully functional Website with more than 5 page, each additional page(s) $100 each. (Please note that these prices are in effect only with verbiage and digital/emailed photographs & images provided by the client).

| E-commerce Website: |
- Setting up online transactions by signing up for a merchant account such as with Pay Pall payment options, incorporating a simple feedback form, etc. add $1000 ("+"), depending on the complexity, number of shopping carts, etc) to the above plan.
- Please note: For online transactions, you will have to signup with an online payment gateway / merchant account provider such as Pay-pall or any other of your choice. In order to create your initial account with them, you will need to sign in with your personal and banking information. I can help and/or guide you through this process if you wish. This shouldn't take more than an hour or so. The first hour will be free with a contract. Else, consulting fees will apply as per stated above, prorated to the next 15 minute interval.

| Additional Images: |
- Additional photographs & images (provided by client) = $5 each
- Having to search for photographs & images online and/or scan images = $10 per photograph or image.
- For photographs & images that need to be purchased on behalf of the customer = $25 admin fee and the published cost of the photographs and images of the publisher + the above mentioned cost in this section (if applicable).

| Additional Costs: |
- Hosting charges $20 / month.
- An admin fee of $50 for uploading, updating and verification of the following + the cost associated with:
- Hosting site on a different server of customers choice.
- Purchasing Domain Name(s) for website.

| Terms & Conditions: |
- All sites developed come with 1-year Maintenance included. Please see definitions below for Maintenance and Updates.
- Maintenance includes the up-keep of the current site, as is. Making sure that the site is working as intended. Current links, content, pages, etc, loading correctly and free of errors.
- Uploads include the addition and/or change of content and pages on a site, (i.e: any modifications done on the site).
- The above fee(s) would apply after one year or for any clients that need their current site(s) maintained, changed or upgraded.
- All cotent provided by the customers is believed to be free of any copyright requirements and the web masters in no way are responsible for any copyright violations or infringements. All attempts will be made to use coded scripts and/or free images and scripts online, while making sure that there are no copyright violations and infringements.
